Technology Usage

  1. Are you satisfied with your tech usage time? Why or why not?
  2. Can your usage be considered as “time efficient” or “time waster”? why?
  3. How can you improve tech usage as a better student?family member? friend? Citizen? Overall person?
  4. High or low priority first? Why?

I'm satisfied with my technology usage time because I used each of them wisely and efficiently. I need to used my smartphone full-day 24 hours online (Social Network only) because I always contact my friends using BBM or Twitter. By online 24 hours I can contact them if there's emergency things. It is a time efficient, because if I need to tell something to my friends, I can use my Blackberrry to contact them directly.
I usually use my laptop to do browsing, playing games, and listening to music. I put all of my data in my laptop, including, School works, project, private pictures, and etc. And all of my music collections are stored in my laptop. I used laptop to browse and know more about my favourite girl band in Korea, Girls Generation. I used my laptop 3-4 hours per day because most of school projects required a laptop/ PC, but i think laptop is much more simple. So that, I do school works on the bed or other places that feels comfortable. This electronic can be considered as time efficient and time waster because noting lesson by using laptop is more efficient and faster, but using it to play games (or browsing unneccessary things) is time waster
I watch television to entertain myself. I like to watch movies and reality show. I used television 2-3 hours a day. Sometimes, I watch DVD not television channels. My favorite channels is Starworld and AXN. This electronic can be considered both as time efficient or waster, it's depend on how we used it. If we use it for unusefull things, it's a time waster, but if we use the television to look for inspiration or to hear news about disaster, tips, or etc, it's considered as time efficient.
Listening music is my hobby. So, my parents give me an Ipodtouch. I can play games using iPod touch and listening to music. I usually listening to music in the car, in the way to school, courses, mall, or etc, but i never use it at home, school or other places, only inside the car i felt comfortable. It's quite useful, because I used most of the time in the car (In holiday). This electronic considered as time waster.
From what I learned, technology is very important. It's very useful. We can contact someone from far away by using technology. Somethings that are impossible in the past can happen because of new technology.
Now, students can send their homeworks through internet access, students can take note by using laptop, because it's faster and more efficient. We can contact our friends that are thousands kilometers away, and find new friends. If we decided to learn overseas, we can use technologies to contact our family, different from the past.
Eventhough Technologies is important, it's not the firs priority. Without technologies there are no cars, no internet, no programs, no games, and nothing that can entertain us. But, we still can live without them. We can use mail to send letters, and other thing. Technology only makes it easy, but not the first priority.

Lauren Moshi front page!

Our American girl is slowing growing in popularity here in the States.  Maybe with the recent success of SMTown Live NYC, American Brands are starting to take a look at the Kpop scenes most recognizable figures for continued business success.
Tiffany is currently (as in right now, 3:19 PM KST!) being featured on the front page of Lauren Moshi, an American fashion brand, along with big Hollywood names such as Jessica Biel, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, Khloe Kardashian and Ashley Tisdale.
In the airport picture she’s wearing their cardigan with diamond prints, a simple black top and black pants.  She’s looking fashionable as ever, don’t you think??
Korean fans commented, “She is well-suited for this brand because she looks good wearing any clothes”, “It is already fashion if Tiffany wears it”, “Beautiful legs, eyesmile and now even her fashion sense is outstanding,”

SNSD triple crown on Music Bank!

SNSD have won the K-chart triple crown, marking their third consecutive #1 on Music Bank for ‘the Boys’!

Unfortunately, there was no WOO WOO!! encore the girls were not present to receive their trophy as they are currently on their way to the land down under for tomorrow’s K-pop Music Festival in Sydney.
Wonder Girls also made their comeback on tonight’s show; will our girls be able to win four times in a row next week? It’ll definitely be interesting to see how things pan out. :3

Congratulations!

SNSD’s charms are irresistible even to royalty!

Recently, the scene of Emperor Akihito’s granddaughter and her friends dancing to SNSD’s song attracted enormous attention.

Last week, an article on Japan’s weekly magazine reported that the second daughter of Prince Akishino Fumihito, Kako, danced to SNSD’s song in school and photos of her were also revealed.

In the photos, Kako danced to girl group SNSD’s ‘Oh!’, imitating the details as she lifted up her knee and placed her two hands below her chin, making cute expressions.

People who saw the report commented, “Granddaughter of the Japan Emperor is also a fan of SNSD”, “It’s embarrassing to reveal this only a long time after Japan’s anti Korean protest”, “No matter in Korea or Japan, female high school students are indeed high school students”, etc.
